Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. All orders are prepaid. You can pay securely at checkout using the options shown there.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.

Where do you ship?
We ship across India from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, through our shipping partner Shiprocket.
When will my order be dispatched?
Within 1–3 business days of placing your order (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
How long will delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days within Gujarat, 3–5 to metro cities, 4–7 to the rest of India and 7–10 to the North-East, J&K, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar and remote pin codes. In total, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days. These are estimates; see our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
We email you the courier name and tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If you can't find it, WhatsApp us your order number.
My order is late. What should I do?
Sometimes couriers are delayed by weather, festivals or sale seasons. Message us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier for you.
Returns & exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, but we do offer a one-time size exchange for the same design in a different size. Request it within 3 days of delivery; the item must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached, and the size you want must be in stock. A ₹99 exchange fee covers the pickup, and we ship your new size free. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
What if the size I want is out of stock?
Exchanges depend on stock. If your size isn't available, we're unable to exchange the item, and it can't be returned or refunded. If you're unsure about sizing, WhatsApp us before ordering and we'll help you choose.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (and an unboxing video if possible). We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, or a refund if a replacement isn't available.

How do I choose my size?
Check our Size Guide. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one. You can also WhatsApp us your measurements and we will help.
The craft
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Hand-block printing and hand embroidery are done by people, not machines. Small variations in colour, print alignment or stitching are natural and make each piece one of a kind. Screen settings can also change how colours look.
What is Chikankari?
A traditional hand-embroidery from Lucknow, known for delicate white-on-white and pastel shadow-work and floral motifs.
What is hand-block printing?
A Jaipur tradition in which designs are carved into wooden blocks, dipped in colour and pressed onto fabric by hand, one impression at a time.
What is Ajrakh and Kutchi work?
Craft traditions from Kutch, Gujarat, including Ajrakh block printing, patchwork and mirror work, known for bold, earthy colours.
Care
How should I wash my Kala Kari piece?
We recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, or dry clean for the first wash. Wash dark and printed pieces separately, as natural dyes may release some colour. Dry in shade and iron on the reverse side, especially over embroidery. Do not bleach or wring.
