1. Products
Our products are handcrafted. Colours, prints and embroidery may vary slightly from photos and from piece to piece; this is part of the handmade process and is not a defect. Screen settings may also affect how colours appear.
2. Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices, products and availability may change without notice. Many designs are made in small batches and may sell out. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock unavailability, a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.
3. Orders and payment
All orders must be prepaid at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
4. Shipping, returns and exchanges
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. A one-time size exchange and our handling of damaged, defective or incorrect items are described in our Return & Exchange Policy.
5. Accuracy of information
We try to keep all product descriptions, sizes and prices accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct any errors and update information at any time.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Kala Kari Creations name, logo, designs, photographs and text, belongs to Kala Kari Creations and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to interfere with the website's security or operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kala Kari Creations is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
