Kala Kari Creations ships across India from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, through our shipping partner Shiprocket and its network of courier companies.
Dispatch time
Every piece is handcrafted and carefully checked before it leaves us. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated delivery time
Once dispatched, your order usually arrives within:

So most orders reach you within 3–10 business days of ordering. These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees; actual delivery can vary by pin code and courier.
Payment
All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can pay securely at checkout using the payment options shown there.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you the courier name and tracking link so you can follow your parcel. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address, pin code and phone number are complete and correct. The courier may call you on this number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delays
Courier delays, weather, festivals, sale seasons or other events outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times. If your order seems delayed, contact us and we will follow up with the courier for you.
